Desmond Bane to miss at least 6 weeks with ankle sprain

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - The Memphis Grizzlies have been dealt another devastating blow.

Desmond Bane has been diagnosed with a grade 3 left ankle sprain.

Bane suffered the injury in the 3rd quarter of Friday’s game against the Clippers.

Bane will be re-evaluated in six weeks.

Jake LaRavia also suffered an ankle sprain against the Knicks and will be re-evaluated in three weeks.

The Grizzlies also remain without injured stars Steven Adams, Brandon Clarke, Ja Morant, Derrick Rose and Marcus Smart.
