Memphis in May sells Downtown HQ to Memphis Tourism

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - Memphis in May has sold its Downtown headquarters.
The building at 56 S Front Street is currently under renovation, set for completion in June 2024.
Memphis Tourism will remain at its Union Avenue location; however, upon completion, it will move some staff from 47 Union Avenue into the newly-renovated space.
Memphis in May will remain headquartered at the building as a tenant, while Memphis Tourism will occupy the rest of the building.
