3 women shot, 1 of them dead after shooting on Kendale Avenue, police say

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - Memphis Police Department is investigating a shooting that left one woman dead and 2 others injured.
Around 6:19 p.m., officers responded to a call on Kendale Avenue near Kyle Street.
When police arrived, they discovered that three women had been shot.
One of the women was pronounced dead, and the other two women were transported to a nearby hospital.
Two male suspects fled the scene.
There is no other information at this time.
This is an ongoing investigation.
