West Helena mayor issues boil water alert

HELENA-WEST HELENA, Ark. (WMC) - The mayor of Helena-West Helena placed the city under a boil water alert.
Mayor Christopher Frankin said their north tank has low water. This tank services all of West Helena.
The mayor calls a precautionary boil water order.
