Regional One Health’s Center for Innovation partners with company to develop take-home respiratory monitor

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - There’s a new innovator working with the Regional One Health’s Center for Innovation to create a unique product to help get patients home faster from the hospital.

Alejandra Alvarez, Director of the Regional One Health Center for Innovation, joined Action News 5′s Andrew Douglas at the digital desk to talk about how they are working with Capnesity to develop a capnography machine designed to measure patients’ carbon dioxide levels at home rather than in the hospital.
