(CNN) - Being late apparently isn’t always better than never, according to some Madonna fans.

The singer is being sued by two ticketholders accused of false advertising and negligent misrepresentation.

According to the lawsuit, Madonna was two hours late for all three of her concerts last month in Brooklyn.

The plaintiffs said most concertgoers didn’t get out of the Barclays Center until after 1 a.m., and some concertgoers claim they then had to deal with limited public transportation and higher costs.

In addition to Madonna, tour operator and promoter Live Nation Worldwide, inc., Live Nation M Tours and the concert venue are also defendants in the suit.

The proposed class of plaintiffs includes ticketholders for her tour across the U.S.

This isn’t the first time Madonna’s tardiness has caused problems. In 2019 she was sued for not taking the stage until 10:30 p.m.
