Victoria Poirrier is a native of Tacoma, Washington but proudly calls Memphis her home.
Prior to returning to Memphis, Victoria started her career at WRAL News in Raleigh NC as an Associate Producer. While obtaining her Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication from North Carolina Central University. Eagle Pride, Amplified!
Victoria is a member of the National Association of Black Journalists and served as the NC Central Chapter President. She is also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
While she’s not in the newsroom, she enjoys spending time with family, hiking, shopping, and serving her local church.
