MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - A day after President Joe Biden tested positive for COVID, Methodist Healthcare Infectious Disease Specialist Dr. Shirin Mazumder joined Action News 5′s Andrew Douglas at the digital desk to talk about why it’s important that people remain vigilant.
She talked specifically about the B.A. 4 and B.A. 5 COVID-19 variants, along with the transmission rate and effectiveness of the vaccine against the 2 variants.
